SERVICE AGREEMENT (OFFER) FOR UPHOLSTERY AND CARPET CLEANING

1. General terms
1.1. This document represents a public offer from Harry el Sucio Clean, hereinafter referred to as “Provider”, to provide professional upholstery cleaning services, hereinafter referred to as “Services”, to any individual or legal entity, hereinafter referred to as “Client”.
1.2. Acceptance of this offer (via booking or allowing entry for the service) constitutes full agreement with the terms of this contract.

2. Scope of services
2.1. The Provider agrees to perform furniture, mattress, and textile cleaning at the Client’s location.

3. Payment and performance
3.1. Service prices are communicated via website or agreed upon in advance.
3.2. Payment is made in cash, bank transfer, or other accepted methods at or after the time of service (if agreed).
3.3. The Client must provide access to the property, water, and electricity if needed.

4. Service quality and claims
4.1. The service is deemed completed satisfactorily unless written or oral complaints are submitted within 48 hours.
4.2. All claims, complaints, or issues must be submitted within 48 hours after service completion. After this period, the Provider reserves the right to reject any claims.
4.3. The Provider is not liable for permanent or old stains, nor for fabric damage caused by hidden defects.

4.4. The Provider will not be held liable for any damage to the Client’s furniture, finishes, appliances, or other interior elements that are not the direct subject of the cleaning service, if such damage occurs during, after, or as a result of the service. The Client is solely responsible for protecting and/or relocating any valuable or fragile items prior to the start of the service.

4.5. Payment for the services by the Client to the Provider shall be considered as implicit acceptance of the work performed, regardless of whether the Client has inspected the premises and cleaned items or not.

5. Photo and Video Recording of the Service

5.1. By requesting upholstery or carpet cleaning services from Harry el Sucio Clean, the Client agrees and authorizes the Provider to:
5.1.1. Take photos and videos of the cleaning process involving the Client’s items (furniture, carpets, etc.) and of any parts of the interior that may appear in the frame.
5.1.2. Use the captured materials for the following purposes:
5.1.3. Documenting the condition of items (as evidence in case of disputes).
5.1.4. Service quality control.
5.1.5. Advertising and promotion of the Provider’s services (website, social media, advertising platforms).
5.1.6. Staff training.

5.2. The Client has the right to prohibit the use of such materials for advertising purposes (clause 5.1.5) by notifying the Provider in writing either before the service begins or at any time afterward. This restriction does not affect the Provider’s right to use the materials for the purposes outlined in clauses 5.1.3 and 5.2.4. The Provider will cease using the materials for advertising within 10 days of receiving the notification.

5.3. Requesting the service for upholstery or carpet cleaning — whether verbally, through social networks, messaging platforms, or by paying for the service — signifies that the Client has read, understood, and agreed to this clause. Claims based solely on the act of recording or the lawful use of materials as described in clause 5.1 will not be accepted.

6. Additional terms
6.1. The Provider reserves the right to amend this agreement without prior notice.
